   Mibew Messenger (also known as Open Web Messenger) is an open-source live support application written in PHP and MySQL. It enables one-on-one chat assistance in real-time directly from your website.
   
   I plan to use it with a Prestashop website.
   
   If you already have ear about some module can be easy integrated ?

   Hi,
   
   I haven't heard about Mibew Messenger before, but the demo application on their homepage looks quite promissing. I work myself in IT/support and we use telephone/mail most of the time to give support to customers, but I think such solutions are great for something in-between regarding response time and abiltiy to exactly exchnage things like error messages or codes.

   I think I have never heard of Mibew Messenger, then again there are so many support tools/live chats/etc. .
   
   What I found years ago and what still seems to be working is a windows live messenger live chat box:

   before using it you have to allow everyone to display your online statusL
   http://settings.messenger.live.com/applications/WebSettings.aspx
   
   Oh and of course you need a hotmail/windows live account.

   I think also to use MSN, it's a nice and esay to settings as i see.
   
   My friends just build a factory for produce LED products, and of course in china...
   
   Most of the local clients and website use this kind of system for discuss directly with sales departement. It's really not bad from you have some operator ready to answer, on different GMT. like China, Russia, Europe you can nearly reach a 24h online service.
   
   I found some company propose this service ready to use, fully integrated but free for 1 operator, and 100$/month for 10...
   
   But most of client was touch by e-mail, after we invite them to have a look on the website (mess) i will help to make it better, and give them oppotunity to contact us as they want, phone, mail, e-mail, chat, skype, msn.
   
   This two solutions (chat, and msn) are easy for the client because they don't have to install anything and for us because it's a easy acces for him.
